Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for return:
- Item must be unused, unopened and in original packaging.
- Please contact us before sending anything back. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.
How to request a return:
Email us at ratantradeindia478@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if the item is damaged). We will reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
Damaged or wrong item:
If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund you.
Refunds:
Once we receive and check your return, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Non-returnable items:
Opened food items, perishable goods and custom or personalised products cannot be returned.
